With the Yamaha Yamaha XS750/850 the contact plate or the Pickups of the TCI ignition is replaced by the new printed circuit board, the assembly effected on the original fastening spots. Parts of the original centrifugal governor are continued to use as sector disk driver, on which the sector disk is fastened by allen screws for an easy adjustment.

The original ignition coils can be used further.
9 ignition curves are available, which can be selected by a rotary switch.
