| The aim was to keep the original visual effect. It would have been easy only to remove the original contact breaker and to replace it with the sensor, but in most cases the rotor bearing is very bad and should be overhauled.
Since the rotor has no function anymore, it can also be replaced by a new shaft. The ignition voltage will now be generated by an external ignition coil and there will be the only disadvantage of the system: it is a battery needed, because the microcontroller in the digital ignition box needs a reasonably stable DC voltage. The rotor is thus replaced by an axis that is also kept completely new.
