First, bring the right piston to TDC ('D' marking on the flywheel). Now rotate the disc into the position as shown in the picture. The bottom Hall sensor must be between the two magnets ('S' and 'N' markings on the disc).
Turn on the ignition switch, both LEDs are lighting. Now turn the disk very slowly clockwise until the LED (yellow circle) goes off at the 'N' marking.
Notice: you can't switch the LED on only by turning back. Therefore the disk must be turned back to the 'S' marked magnet.
Now tighten the three grub screws evenly and replace the spark plug caps. The bike is ready to start.
Finally, check the ignition timing with a timing light and if necessary, correct the position of the magnet disk.
Please take care that the disk does not touch the brushholder and the sensor plates.
